Having spent the past decade studying transformation and human connection, she recently authored  The Journey: Mastering the Art of Slowing Down into a Beautiful Existence and Asian Women Who Boss Up, which is now a #1 international bestseller. In 2021, she became a Global Trainer for the most prominent international 24/7 recovery platform.

 

Since the publication of her books, Cathy has been featured in Authority Magazine, VoyageLA, Vietology, and Scars of Survival Magazine. She now leads global leadership conferences and training groups, and has coached hundreds of leaders to become world-class game changers. 

 

Cathy has also founded SoulCare Society, a global women empowerment networking group that has grown to nearly 2,000 members. Having earned a bachelor's degree from California State University, Fullerton, Cathy lives in Orange County, California with her son Noah and Yorkie fur baby. She is a cancer survivor, educator, musician, and a passionate change agent for Peace in the world.
